Sometimes the smallest voices teach us the biggest truths. Kids have a way of interrupting our hurry, asking better questions than we’re ready for, and reminding us what wonder, trust, and joy actually look like. In the middle of packed schedules and grown‑up worries, they pull us back to what matters most—often without even trying.
In today’s Notes for the Journey, it's an honor to co-write a blog with my lovely wife, Miss Val. I couldn't write on parenting without her! We reflect on why we genuinely thank God for kids—not just for their laughter and energy, but for the spiritual lessons they quietly (and sometimes loudly) hand us every day. Our hope is that this short read leaves you smiling, remembering, and maybe even seeing faith with a little more childlike clarity today.
